Step 2: Book an initial assessment
Ready to jump in? Schedule your initial assessment so we can learn about your health history and establish your current level of fitness. We'll test your strength, balance, and flexibility so we know how to adjust the workouts to best suit your needs. Yes, it's a group workout, but we still make sure you get what you need, while ensuring your safety.
Step 3: Kick some cancer booty
We offer classes five days a week, morning, afternoon, and evening to give you more opportunities to join us for a workout. We structure our workouts to meet all of the exercise recommendations set by ACSM and CETI so you can be confident your getting the variety you need. All you need to do is make it to class; we'll take care of the rest.
