Initial Consultaion 60/ session
New clients must complete a consultation prior to starting any of the services provided. A thorough history is documented and assessments are conducted to establish a baseline.
In-Home Personal Training 90/ session
Receive a customized fitness program and one-on-one guidance. Sessions are 55 minutes.
Small Group Training 55/ session
Form a small group with your friends, or join an existing group. Group fitness specialties include functional fitness, cancer specific fitness, golf specific fitness, and more. Groups are limited to a maximum of 5 people per instructor to ensure that each person can be properly supervised and receive one-on-one guidance during the session. Sessions are one hour. (Monthly subscriptions available. Ask about our special pricing.)
Health Coaching 30/ session
Consult with one of our professionals as you work to achieve your health and fitness goals. Sessions are 30 minutes after the initial consultation. Sessions are only available remotely via phone or Skype.
